Full refund or free rescheduling with no penalties

No Cancellation Fee

Less than 24 Hours

50% cancellation fee applies to cover scheduling costs

Rescheduling Your Appointment

Free Rescheduling

With 24+ hours notice, you can reschedule your appointment to any available time slot at no additional cost.

Same-Day Rescheduling

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $25 administrative fee, subject to availability.

Booking Limits

Each booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional rescheduling requests may require rebooking.

Weather & Emergency Policy

Severe Weather Conditions

In case of severe weather conditions (blizzards, ice storms, extreme temperatures below -25°C), we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. In such cases:

  • No cancellation fees will apply
  • Priority rescheduling at your convenience
  • We'll contact you as soon as possible

Note: Service credits are valid for 12 months from issue date and can be used for any of our cleaning services.
